The Delta 8 Cold Infusion Process
The introduction of the cold infusion process has been a major game changer when it comes to treating CBD hemp flower strains with Delta 8 distillate. As the name “cold infusion” implies, instead of heating the Delta 8 distillate to a level that allows the oil to flow smoothly, we freeze the distillate until it is completely solid. We then pulverize the frozen Delta 8 distillate into a powder and toss it into a container with buds from the chosen hemp flower strain. This is then vigorously agitated so that the powdered Delta 8 THC distillate evenly coats the entire flower, all the way down to the stem.
This method avoids the difficulty of the heated treatment process, which involves maintaining a constant temperature warm enough to allow the distillate to be sprayed evenly across all the plant material. Even when sprayed well, the distillate tends to stay on the surface plant material instead of spreading into the numerous nooks and crannies found on a typical hemp bud.
The end result of the cold infusion treatment process is a purer and truer blending of the Delta 8 THC compound with the cannabinoids contained in the hemp flower strain, all performed without the use of any solvents.

Contacted customer service and was told to send pictures because maybe I was sent wrong product. I’m not an idiot, if I was sent the wrong product I would have told them I was sent the wrong product. Total waste of money. “WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY” I guess it is true, to get quality products you have to pay the price. When a company advertises they are as good as everyone else, that is what I expect to receive regardless of the price. You advertise quality cut the price and add incentives then send bad products to customer, bad business model. With Fern Valley Farms you won’t get the quality they advertise. the only reason i didnt leave a 1 star is because you could tell at one point they cared about the package/contents and the sour special sauce from this company was great.. sadly i think i received something that sat for a long time. got 2 8ths from the bogo sale and when i opened it up and grabbed the first nug felt and almost even looked like a dry corncob lol.. even the boveda pack inside was so hard it cracked while pulling it out. as far as the delta 8 it seemed like just regular cbd flower, not even any smeared onto the inside of the package like usual with d8. pretty much not even worth smoking 🙁

I understand that this strain has low terps, but it smells very grassy, like hay. The effects aren’t very good, either. Doesn’t taste very good, certainly doesn’t taste like you’d expect a hemp product to taste. First-time customer here, and I am not impressed with this particular strain at all.
