How To Use:

• Cooking: Use 1 tsp–1 Tbsp in a hot pan for golden, crispy edges and rich flavor.
• Skin: Warm a pea-sized amount between fingers and massage into dry areas, cuticles, or lips.
• Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dark place. Naturally shelf-stable.

For Pets:

We always recommend starting low and slow. A good general starting point for the CBG Beef Tallow is: ~1 mg of CBG per 10 lbs of body weight. So for a small dog (example: 10–15 lbs), that’s usually just a tiny dab — about the size of a small pea to start.
You can give it: once daily for maintenance or twice daily for extra support (morning + evening). After a few days, you can adjust up or down as needed based on how your pup responds. And you can mix it right into their food — most dogs LOVE the taste.

Practical Tips to Keep Potency:

• Use CBG tallow as a finisher. Sear/roast with regular tallow or neutral fat, then toss, baste, or melt in CBG tallow off-heat in the last 30–60 seconds or while the food rests.
• Stay below smoke point. Aim for medium to medium-high (shimmering fat, not smoking).
• For baking: Fold CBG tallow into the batter/dough; bake 300–325°F (150–165°C) if possible. Avoid broiling.
• Sauces & sides: Whisk CBG tallow into warm pan sauces, mashed potatoes, or glazes after you cut the heat.
• Deep-frying: Not recommended with CBG tallow—oil temps are too high for too long.
