According to the 2018 Farm Bill, a hemp plant is a cannabis plant cultivated to contain 0.3% (or less) of Delta 9 THC.

It’s purely a numbers game which we know how to play quite well! With modern processes, it’s a simple and practical process to extract cannabinoids from hemp plant materials. While it’s a fairly small amount, a 0.3% Delta 9 THC content level can add up if the final product weighs enough.
For instance, if a Delta 9 THC gummy weighs five grams, it can legally contain a full 15mg of Delta 9 THC extracted from a hemp plant. Here’s the math that proves its legality:
- A 5-gram gummy weighs 5000mg
- 0.3% of 5000mg = 15mg
Just to make sure we do not exceed that 0.3% threshold, we load our 5-gram gummies with 10mg of Delta 9 THC Gummies along with 60mg of CBD. All of that Delta 9 THC is extracted from 100% legal hemp plants!

The last few of bottles of these that we’ve gone through have been very inconsistent in both flavor and potency. For flavor, they go between slightly sour with an odd chemical overtone to very sour. There are few that actually have any kind of recognizable flavor. There really wasn’t anything pleasant about them. As for potency, some of the gummies worked as usual, some were lacking and I’ve had three so far that have convinced me to go through another supplier. I’m not a fan of having to concentrate on my breathing and heart rate after taking taking 1 and 1/2 allegedly 10mg gummies. I was really loyal to this brand, but between the inconsistent product and the call I made to the company to inform them of the experience that was answered by someone who sounded like they were heavily invested in the product that day really didn’t give me any confidence.

These little guys do the job quite well. I am a heavy smoker, 3-4 joints a day of d9, and two of these guys had me stoned. The taste leaves much to be desired. The Fern Valley Delta 8 & 9 are both good products. My personal opinion is they are a little expensive to treat chronic pain. The other issue is inconsistent doses or so it seems. Some gummies will be very strong while others are weak. The last issue is inconsistent delivery times. It can take anywhere from 3-12 days to receive an order. Don’t misunderstand me this is a great product but could be much better.

You would get a 5 if you used a different shipper. The post office is not only the most expensive they are the slowest. You should have 3-5 day turn around. One order I recently received took almost two weeks to get here. In the 1950’s that was ok. In todays world you order to day and in most cases (unless they use USPS) the order should arrive in 3 days. I really like your product but may be forced to find a faster shipper.

These gummies are fairly strong and give good affects, but the flavor (especially the orange colored peachy flavored ones, which is most of the flavor you get) are a bit on the harsh side, taste wise. Amazing i have a high tolerance but 2 give me a nice relief and decent head change but 3 and 4 , 4 especially will put me straight to sleep. So people with little or know tolerance to delta 9. Only take 1 and give it a good hour if u feel nothing take 2 more if u feel it slighly but u want alot more take 3 or 4 at once like i do. Just be careful if u have low tolerance to regular marijuana.

Those are great for when you can’t smoke. While I prefer to smoke, and FVF delta 8 is great for that, sometimes you just can’t smoke. But you can eat a gummy as you board a plane. Makes for a great “flight”!

Definitely at a miss for the dosage on these, 2 gummies seems to be welcome dose for a daily user. Wish these were made with Keto folks in mind given the quantity of sugar per gummy would be ok paying more for that, but overall will definitely be keeping these on hand for daily use. Thanks FVF!

I wanted these Delta 9 Gummies to be great, I love Fern Valley Farms and I have tons of their wonderful products – but… I tried one gummy and nothing. Next day I tried two and nothing happened. And then the following day I went for three gummies and – nothing happened. I don’t think I could get down four – I’m not that crazy about the taste either. I microdose THC for ease discomfort. I tried half of one of these with a full meal, which likely counteracted the fast acting properties. I felt effects after about an hour and full effects after 2 hours. I’m grateful that FVF is offering these because I trust their products and the value is fantastic – as is the customer service.

I took two of them today as I have a high tolerance from Delta 8 so I thought it would do the trick.
