About HHC Small Buds
Simply smaller than their big bud siblings, you can enjoy the full benefits and flavors at a fraction of the cost. Some prefer HHC small buds over HHC big buds for reasons beyond price savings. For instance, grinding up small buds is often easier and more efficient than those bulky big buds! Consumers also like creating their own edibles and tinctures with small buds because more of the original flavor is retained.
Consuming Small Buds
In one way, small buds are more versatile than our full-sized hemp flower buds. Because they are less expensive, many consumers use small buds for infusing cannabinoids (and terpenes) into different foods or oils. (Our blog offers several articles explaining how to infuse cannabinoids into oils.)
If smoking or vaping is your pleasure, these small buds will please as much as their larger herbal siblings. You will find small buds easier to grind than large buds (because they are smaller) but you will still end up with aromatic and fluffy mounds of shredded plant material ideal for pipes, vaporizers, or joints.
Finally, some sophisticated and experienced consumers make their own tinctures using small buds. The results are often spectacular while also realizing significant savings over retail tinctures.
Here is a quick summary of possible ways to consume HHC Small Buds:
- Joints – grinds easier than big buds but produces the same fluff, perfect for rolling into joints
- Pipes/Vaporizers – after a grind, small buds are also ideal to load into pipes or vaporizing devices
- Foods/Drinks – you don’t need to be a master chef to get the most out of edibles infused with cannabinoids found in shake
- Tinctures – creating tinctures requires more time and experience but can produce potent HHC oils

About HHC
As with all HHC products we offer, we urge you to practice extra caution particularly with the first use of any new product containing the HHC compound. We strongly recommend that you consume this product in very small doses (as compared to your usual consumption practices for this CBD flower cultivar). Please wait at least 30 minutes between each dosage session.
While HHC does not produce effects as pronounced as its counterpart, Delta 9 THC, the HHC compound can still produce psychotropic effects. The addition of HHC to different CBD flower cultivars will not only enhance or amplify the effects you normally enjoy when consuming that cultivar but can include other effects, including psychotropic reactions or experiences.

The HHC Treatment Process
When it comes to effective treatment of our premium hemp flower cultivars with a distillate of HHC, we quickly learned that the most efficient and thorough treatment can be attained through a cold infusion process. As the name “cold infusion” implies, we freeze the HHC distillate until it is completely solid. We then pulverize the frozen HHC distillate into a powder and toss it into a container with buds from the chosen hemp flower cultivar. This is then vigorously agitated so that the powdered HHC distillate evenly coats the entire flower, all the way down to the stem.
This approach results in a thorough coating of the HHC distillate throughout the treated plant matter. More significantly, the end result of the cold infusion treatment process is a purer and truer blending of the HHC compound with the cannabinoids contained in the hemp flower cultivar, all performed without the use of any solvents.
Hand Trimmed
Our flower is cared for by hand from seed to finished flower. All our flowers are slow-dried and cured here on our farm and hand-trimmed for the best possible quality.
Oregon Grown
Grown by Fern Valley Farms. We feel very fortunate that we get to grow in Southern Oregon as this area offers one of the best growing climates in the world for cannabis and hemp crops. The soil is premium, with growers bringing generations of experience to their fields. Getting to provide some of the best CBD Hemp in the world is one of our greatest joys.
3rd Party Lab Tested
All of our hemp flower is 3rd-party lab tested for potency to ensure accurate cannabinoid content.
We also perform a full panel test on each harvest, screening for heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, and mycotoxins. This testing is conducted on a homogenized sample of all flower strains, providing a representative safety profile for all products made from that material.

We just want to clarify one point — we do not spray our flower. Our HHC flower is made using a cold infusion process, not a spray application. This process involves freezing the HHC distillate into a solid form, pulverizing it into a powder, and then thoroughly agitating it with the flower so the HHC adheres evenly all the way down into the bud — without solvents or surface “spray.”

I didn’t think it was gonna be that strong from past experience with other brands HHC and similar products but this feels just like regular cannabis to me. It’s nice and sticky, not to dense, not to fluffy, it has an actual fruity smell and tastes great and the effects are 8/10 which is perfect. Btw, just an idea, THCV flower would be cool.

High quality flower with a nice ratio of HHC to CBD. Du\e to the cold infusion of HHC distillate to CBD flower, the nugs were more dense than alternative buds. This is not a bad thing necessarily, but it does cause for smaller and tighter joints when rolling by weight.
