How To Use:

• Cooking: Use 1 tsp–1 Tbsp in a hot pan for golden, crispy edges and rich flavor.

• Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dark place. Naturally shelf-stable.

Practical Tips to Keep Potency:

• Use THC tallow as a finisher. Sear/roast with regular tallow or neutral fat, then toss, baste, or melt in THC tallow off-heat in the last 30–60 seconds or while the food rests.
• Stay below smoke point. Aim for medium to medium-high (shimmering fat, not smoking).
• For baking: Fold THC tallow into the batter/dough; bake 300–325°F (150–165°C) if possible. Avoid broiling.
• Sauces & sides: Whisk THC tallow into warm pan sauces, mashed potatoes, or glazes after you cut the heat.
• Deep-frying: Not recommended with THC tallow—oil temps are too high for too long.
