Decarboxylation is a crucial process to activate the psychoactive effects of THCA, transforming it into THC. To decarb your THCA Isolate Powder:

  1. Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C).
  2. Spread the THCA powder evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake the powder in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
  4. Allow it to cool before using the activated THC in your recipes.

Does THCA Get You High?

THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found naturally in the cannabis plant. However, when heated through smoking, vaping, or cooking, THCA undergoes a process called decarboxylation and converts into THC, the psychoactive compound known for causing a “high.” Please be aware of this transformation when using our products, as the effects can vary significantly before and after heat is applied.
