All orders over $30 ship for free via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders with a total of $300 or more at checkout will be shipped via UPS with an adult signature required.
We are proud to be a part of the Raw Hemp Pilot Program with UPS. Part of being in this program requires Fern Valley Farms to be totally transparent in providing all required documentation within the package and requires an adult to be present upon receiving the package. UPS has been amazing to work with and has been fully supportive and excited to be a part of the contribution to this amazing industry.

- Orders ship on business days only, which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- All orders are shipped through USPS (excluding orders over $300, which are shipped via USP with an adult signature required)
- Shipping promotions are only valid for orders made during the promotion eligibility period
- Delivery estimates do not include a processing time of 24-48 hours when the order is placed M-F, excluding holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time across the continental United States is 3-5 business days once your order has been processed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer. Always refer to the USPS website for tracking updates.
Please note :
- Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
- Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed. If your order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, it will process 24-48 hours from the next business day.
- As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please make sure to check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
To return a product, please send an email to email@example.com with your concerns and order number. Authorization must be received from our customer service team prior to the return of any product and can be requested for 30 days from the delivery of the product. Please ensure that your items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. The cost of shipping is not refundable and any return cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved and processed, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. This credit can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. If the product you are returning was sent to you as a gift, please get in touch with our customer care team to apply a credit to your account rather than to your credit card.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
