Shipping:

  • Discreet Shipping on all packages.
  • Free USPS shipping on orders over $40.
  • Orders of $39.99 or less (after discounts/coupons) have USPS options available.
  • Orders over $500 are shipped via UPS with adult signature required.
    • Cannot be rerouted to an access point.
    • If unable to sign during delivery, contact the office to hold the package at a local UPS hub.
  • Not responsible for packages routed to access points.
  • Orders ship on business days: Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Delivery estimates don’t include 24-48 hours processing time (M-F, excluding holidays).
  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days in the continental US; longer for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • Delta-8 products sold only where legal.
  • Order confirmations sent by email. Check spam if not received.

Returns:

  • Returns allowed within 14 days of delivery.
    • Must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
    • Email [email protected] with concerns and order number for return authorization.
    • Customer pays return shipping.
    • 20% restocking fee on returned items.
    • Shipping fees non-refundable.
  • Refund process:
    • Refund amount: paid amount minus 20% restocking fee.
    • Takes 3-5 business days for credit to reflect in account after approval.
    • For gift returns, contact customer care for account credit instead of credit card refund.

We are proud to be a part of the Raw Hemp Pilot Program with UPS. Part of being in this program requires Fern Valley Farms to be totally transparent in providing all required documentation within the package and requires an adult to be present upon receiving the package, therefore cannot be rerouted to an access point. UPS has been amazing to work with and has been fully supportive and excited to be a part of the contribution to this amazing industry.

Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders ship on business days only, which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • All orders are shipped through USPS (excluding orders over $500, which are shipped via USP with an adult signature required)
  • Shipping promotions are only valid for orders made during the promotion eligibility period
  • Delivery estimates do not include a processing time of 24-48 hours when the order is placed M-F, excluding holidays.
  • Delta-8 products will only be sold in states where the sale is legally allowed.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time across the continental United States is 3-5 business days once your order has been shipped. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer. Always refer to the USPS website for tracking updates.

Please note :

  • Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
  • Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) for your order to be processed. If your order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, it will process 24-48 hours from the next business day.
  • As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please make sure to check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.

To Return A Product

Please send an email to [email protected] with your concerns and order number. Authorization must be received from our customer service team prior to the return of any product and can be requested for 14 days from the delivery of the product. Please ensure that your items are unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received them. The cost of shipping is not refundable and any return cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility to pay.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for any return items.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved and processed, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. This credit can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. If the product you are returning was sent to you as a gift, please get in touch with our customer care team to apply a credit to your account rather than to your credit card.

How much will I be refunded?

You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
