Minimum Order Quantity
We do not have a minimum order quantity per product. You simply have to order a minimum of $500 in order to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Wholesale Pricing
We offer 50% off retail price on most of our products. Products that we are unable to sell at wholesale pricing, will still be listed on the site but will have the same price as the retail price. This includes but is not limited to merchandise, pipes and other accessories.
You can log into your wholesale account to view all of our wholesale pricing. If you have any questions on our wholesale pricing, do not hesitate to contact us.
Minimum Retail Prices
If you are reselling any of the products purchased on our site online through our brand name (Fern Valley Farms or FVF), you may not have retail prices lower than our prices.
If you are reselling our products in your brick and mortar shop, you may price them as you wish. If you are reselling our products under a different brand name (including different packaging), you may price them as you wish.
Product Images & Text
We only provide product images to companies selling our product online under our brand name (Fern Valley Farms or FVF). Images will be watermarked with our logo. If you are interested in images of our products, please reach out to us.
If we find out you are using our product images on your website without our permission, for your brand, or without our watermark, we reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to you and may take appropriate legal action.
We request that you create your own copy and information regarding product descriptions. If we find that you have copied our product description word for word, we may request that you remove it from your website.
Samples
We may provide samples to new users who are currently running a business. Please fill out this form along with your business information to request samples.
If you are interested in receiving samples of other products along with your purchase, please make a note while checking out and the team will see what they can do. We are under no obligation to provide samples when requested but do our best to accommodate our customers.
Payment Terms
You may purchase wholesale through credit card or ACH payment with Aeropay. Payment is due on checkout.
Order Processing
We need 2 full business days to process any order received. This does not include weekends. You will receive an email once an order has been shipped along with your tracking information.
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change orders once an order has been shipped.
Shipping
Fern Valley Farms ships wholesale packages strictly through UPS with an adult signature required. Although Fern Valley Farms ships throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our customers to do their own research into their individual state’s and county’s laws.
Orders over $3000 will receive free 2nd day air shipping with UPS.
We ask that you allow a minimum of 5 business days after an order has been shipped before contacting us with any questions. If your package does not arrive within one week please contact our customer service department.
Fern Valley Farms offers legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Oregon has implemented an agricultural pilot program under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 (THC) tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. - Returns allowed within 14 days of delivery.
- Must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

- Customer pays return shipping.
- 20% restocking fee on returned items.

- Refund process:
- Refund amount: paid amount minus 20% restocking fee.
- Takes 3-5 business days for credit to reflect in account after approval.
