      A few quick troubleshooting tips that sometimes help:
      Make sure the device is fully charged
      Try a different charging cable or port, as some disposables are sensitive to lower-power chargers
      Take a few short, gentle puffs to help clear any clog that may be blocking the airflow
      Warm the device in your hands for a minute, as thick oil can occasionally cause the device to feel “dead” when it’s actually clogged

      Your order was placed on Friday evening, 10/24, which was after business hours. Our office is closed on weekends, so it was processed and shipped on Monday, 10/27.

      Tracking shows the package was delivered on 11/5. This is a bit longer than usual, but USPS Ground Advantage can take 5–7 business days in transit, depending on where it’s going and whether USPS is experiencing any routing delays.

      Please also keep in mind that orders require 24–48 hours processing time (Mon–Fri) before they ship.

    I’ve tried most things in the list here but for me the faves are always og kush, bubba kush sour space candy are the best in my opinion og kush puts me straight to sleep and bubba kush I’ve used constantly throughout the day and have been stoned but straight as a arrow and sour space candy is a nice tasting kind of a piney but slight taste of coffee for me great for sharing with friends or the occasional bonfire ofc and I don’t think you have had problems but if you do fern valley farms is right there with you to fix the issue I have had the lovely opportunity to meet and speak with Bev now we may not have met but she got the job done helped me out less than a few days now that efficient talk about time management all of their products are top notch and if you don’t believe me the description will convince you if I haven’t!

    I called up a few days after my vape pen was delivered. I had charged it. I’m unable to get a draw off of it. Spoke with the customer service. Describe the problem. They apologized. Went through a few troubleshooting steps. Nothing worked. He said he would send a replacement and instructions how to return the original pen if needed. It’s been over 7 days. I haven’t seen anything and the pen is still not working

    Love these vapes! I always keep them standing up with the plastic mouth thing in until I hit it and I have had no issues at all with clogging. I even had one accidentally lay on its side for a few hours but once I put it upright it was fine. Definitely nice to have during my kids sports tournaments can just hit it a few times, doesn’t smell like anything other than the other vapes (nicotine based) around me. Love it😁

    I had the sour diesel sativa for almost 1 year as I only use 2-3 pulls when I needed to mentally lock in for like cleaning, creating something, or a mood boosting dance session. This helped me focus so so much more and I will definitely be getting a new one. Sometimes it gets clogged and doesn’t pull but I was able to resolve it.
