About Delta 8 Small Buds
Simply smaller than their big bud siblings, you can enjoy the full benefits and flavors at a fraction of the cost. Some prefer Delta 8 small buds over Delta 8 big buds for reasons beyond price savings. For instance, grinding up small buds is often easier and more efficient than bulky big buds! Consumers also like creating their own edibles and tinctures with small buds because more of the original flavor is retained.
Consuming Delta 8 Small Buds
In one way, Delta 8 Small Buds are more versatile than full-sized Delta 8 Flower. Because they are less inexpensive, many consumers use small buds for infusing cannabinoids (and terpenes) into different foods or oils. The Delta 8 Cold Infusion Process
The introduction of the cold infusion process has been a major game changer when it comes to treating CBD hemp flower strains with Delta 8 distillate. As the name “cold infusion” implies, instead of heating the Delta 8 distillate to a level that allows the oil to flow smoothly, we freeze the distillate until it is completely solid. We then pulverize the frozen Delta 8 distillate into a powder and toss it into a container with buds from the chosen hemp flower strain. This is then vigorously agitated so that the powdered Delta 8 THC distillate evenly coats the entire flower, all the way down to the stem.
This method avoids the difficulty of the heated treatment process, which involves maintaining a constant temperature warm enough to allow the distillate to be sprayed evenly across all the plant material. Even when sprayed well, the distillate tends to stay on the surface plant material instead of spreading into the numerous nooks and crannies found on a typical hemp bud.
The end result of the cold infusion treatment process is a purer and truer blending of the Delta 8 THC compound with the cannabinoids contained in the hemp flower strain, all performed without the use of any solvents.

Fvf is the only place I buy from. I just bought 3 ounces but I think the strawberry diesel is cbd. It doesn’t have distillate on it anywhere, and the other 2 do have it perfectly like it has always been. Also zero effect. And I don’t see the percentage of d8 in the description. Even the smalls are great! Same great smokeability and effect as the larger buds, 100%. And if you’re like me, and prefer a bong for smoking, they’re perfect. Just the right size to be able to break up quickly and easily, and also just the right size for the bowl! I “prefer” the Bubba Kush strain, but all the Fern Valley Farms strains are wonderful. I spent like 3 hours searching for a legit good place to purchase some from online and I found 1 place but when I went to buy it they wanted me to upload my ID and all kinds of stuff and it wouldn’t let me ever make my purchase after trying to buy some at this other online company for an hour…

I ordered an oz of the critical berries small bud delta 8 and 3.5g of the meteorites 7 days ago and it showed up today! Also, you can’t beat the pricing! $50 for an oz?! Hell yeah lol!
I haven’t tried them yet but I’ll come back and update this or make a new review once I get a feel for it and try them out soon.

My experience with CBD is growing… As a graphic designer, I found this company by merely looking for weed logos one day, and decided to check out the site. I was intrigued that I could simply order this and have it mailed to me in Florida! I refuse to succumb to the scam and buy a dispensary card. Being an “OG”, and used to the real thing, it’s often difficult to get that real thing from a friend of a friend… I have found this (that I saw someone call it on another review) “weed light” quite good and actually satisfying, getting used to it and like that it’s not so strong. Just going by the names, I was familiar with Bubba Kush and started with that. It was nice, but then I actually read and compared the numbers and this past time ordered Fruit Loopz. So NOT going by the familiar name or being put off by a sugary cereal name, I really like it. It’s just a tiny bit stronger than the BK, and it’s really nice, gives just a light buzz. This will be my flavor until things change. I love the small buds, very convenient size to pop in my pipe. Also, kudos to your copywriters, they’ve done a great job with descriptions and explanations.

Not sure which product this is for…review request only offers order #. Does not matter too much, FVF has great products all around/ they have all been great (Lemon Octane is the latest…gonna have to change my name to “Stone McGillacutti”). The cold fusion is the best method, best because more natural, especially re: taste. *Other companies (DH) spray distillate and has odd after taste (like rubbing alcohol… a little worry-some). FVF’s philosophy regarding the land is another good reason to go with this company. If anything, I would change the rewards system…either improve it of get rid of it all together. Looking ahead, curious to try the CBG White at some point. FVF is an impressive company/ keep up the good work.

Awesome products–Tried the Fruit Loopz & the Royal OG. Both great! I always love the pine-like scent/ flavor of some strains, such as Royal OG. Love the indica strains, tend to be robust regarding the effect. However, there is merit to the sativa strains, too. Fruit Loopz, a hybrid, I think has a touch of sativa, which makes it great for day time smoke, while Royal OG is great for nighttime. *But really, both great at anytime. 😀 Thanx FVF!

Very very weak and inconsistent smoke. I have to smoke almost a whole gram of the Hawaiian Haze to feel a slight “buzz” that lasts 30mins. The Sour Candy Kush is only 3% stronger but would only take a maybe 3 hits to achieve the same feeling. This points to inconsistency in the spreading of the D8 on the flowers. I had both buds at the same time btw so it was very easy to compare the potency.
The sticky snot looking stuff is the D8 on the flowers. The bag I got of Sour Candy the Distillate was visible on a lot of the buds as well as the bag. The Hawaiian Haze I saw maybe 3 buds with some on it out of a half oz. I knew right away it was most likely bunk but gave it a try which lead to headaches from having to smoke too much. I threw it away because it was just WAY too much smoking to get any feeling.
A half oz of Hawaiin Haze is 14 grams, it’s 28.2% D8, 28.2% of 14 grams is 3.94800 grams, if the distillate they use is the same as they sell then it’s 96.81% pure which means 3.948 grams of distillate would equal 3,822mg’s of delta 8. I can’t say for sure what the exact amount is I got in my bag but it certainly wasn’t almost 4k mg’s.
If they make the flowers to order the spread should be more even if they do the math but if it’s premade in bulk (pounds) and they bag some to order it’s bound there will be bags with wildly different strengths despite being the same product. When consistent I enjoy FVF products but this was a inconsistent experience.

I love the smalls. They are perfect for a bowl. I purchased the Sour Special Sauce. I’m on Social Security Disability with two herniated disc’s in my lowest part of my back (L-4/5).
This product does help some but I’m hoping to find something stronger.
It is a true shame what the USPS is doing to company’s like this. I’ve order from four different companies and it has taken a week to get the product in all cases.
That affects the freshness of the product. All have been dry and harsh when reaching me.
